Als Front Office Medewerker/ Receptionist fungeer je als spil van de organisatie en ben je het visitekaartje naar gasten en leden. Je handelt vragen en klachten professioneel af en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en correcte uitvoering van de operationele werkzaamheden achter de Receptie, zowel face to face als telefonisch. Je bent werkzaam op de afdeling Hotel & Receptie en werkt adequaat samen met de collega s Receptionistes, Floormanagers en de Manager Receptie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit de ontvangst van gasten, het verschaffen van informatie, het in- en uitchecken van spa- en hotelgasten, beheer van de telefoon en het afhandelen van reserveringen. Tevens voer je commerciële acties uit en ondersteunt indien nodig andere afdelingen. Wie ben jij? Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau en weet als geen ander wat hospitality is. Tevens herken je je in onderstaand profiel: - Je bent sociaal, hebt een open uitstraling en gastgerichtheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Dit straal je ook uit! - Aan empathisch vermogen geen gebrek, jij voelt gasten goed aan en weet je je hen tevreden houdt; - Jij bent pro-actief, stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Tevens heb je kennis van de diverse computerprogramma s zoals Mews, Xplan, Microsoft Office en boekingswebsites. - Flexibiliteit is voor jou geen probleem, weekenden, avonden en feestdagen werken wissel je graag af met collega's; - Je bent commercie...
