You keepthe line running smoothly and check colour, texture and quality to meet the agreed product specifications. What you will do What we offerOperate the frying line. Set up and start the line, andmonitor product supply and process flow. Adjust the process. Check frying temperature and time,and adjust settings according to the recipe. Check quality. Assess colour, texture and donenessagainst product specifications. Work safely. Carry out the required process and foodsafety checks, and report deviations. Keep accurate records. Record process settings, checksand key information for a clear handover. Improve together. Identify faults, call for support whenneeded and keep the frying line and workplace clean. About youYou have completed a Dutch MBO vocational qualificationand have relevant work experience. You set up machinesaccurately, enjoy learning and work well with others toachieve results. You take initiative and pride in the productyou make. Pay scale G: € 2,550 - € 3,400 gross per month, plus28% shift allowance. Including allowance: € 3,264 -€ 4,352, depending on experience. Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km for a one-waycommute of 10-40 km. Time off: 20 days of annual leave for full-time staff;option to buy 5 extra days. Pension: a 50/50 contribution arrangement.
