Wir freuen uns im Georghaus auf dich als: 1 FSB BA/BB/AA für das Tageszentrum im Georghaus im Caritasdorf St. Anton (m/w/d) (Teilzeit, 20 bis 30 Stunden)

Du bist zuständig für

* Begleitung und Assistenz von Menschen mit Behinderung

* Freizeitgestaltung und Alltagsunterstützung (Begleitung bei Therapien, Unterstützung beim Essen und der Körperpflege etc.)

* gemeinsame Umsetzung von Entwicklungszielen

* Anwendung von Methoden der basalen Stimulation und Kommunikation

Du bringst mit

* laufende oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur FSB BA/BB/AA

* Quereinsteiger*innen sind willkommen, sofern die Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung einer der oben genannten Ausbildungen besteht

* Praxiserfahrung in diesem Bereich wünschenswert

* eine positive Grundhaltung zur Begleitung und Assistenz von Menschen mit Behinderung

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten sowie Nachtdiensten in regelmäßigen Abständen

* Führerschein B

Unser Einstiegsgehalt orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag für die Beschäftigten und Lehrlinge der karitativen Arbeitgeber*innen und liegt bei dieser Stelle, je nach Erfahrung, zwischen € 3.113,77 und € 3.648,77 brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden, inkl. SEG Zulage und Pflegezuschuss). Zudem werden dienstspezifische Zuschläge noch extra vergütet.
