Fuhrparkleiter (m/w/d)

Vollzeit in Dornbirn

Behalten Sie auch bei komplexen Abläufen den Überblick und haben Freude daran, Prozesse zu optimieren? Dann erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Aufgabe rund um Transport, Logistik und Fuhrparkmanagement. Gemeinsam mit der Betriebsleitung in Dornbirn gestalten Sie effiziente und wirtschaftliche Abläufe und tragen zum nachhaltigen Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Ihre Rolle bei uns:

* Führung der Abteilung Fuhrpark und Expedit-Organisation

* Betreuung unserer externen Transportpartner*innen

* Controlling von Touren auf Basis von Track & Trace-Daten

* Einhaltung gesetzlicher Rahmenbedingungen

* Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

* Ansprechpartner*in für technische Belange und Gerätewartung

Sie überzeugen uns mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Transport oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Fuhrparkmanagement, Logistik oder Organisation

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Kompetenz, Prozesse und vernetzte Strukturen zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu optimieren

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook)

* SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Hohe Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ein lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
