1 Fuhrparkleiter*in (m/w/d) Das erwartet Sie

Die Abteilung Fuhrpark verantwortet die strategische und operative Steuerung eines Fahrzeugbestandes von rund 270 Fahrzeugen, bestehend aus PKW und Mercedes-Sprinter-Fahrzeugen mit Spezialumbauten für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Zum Verantwortungsbereich zählen die bedarfsgerechte Fahrzeugeinsatzplanung, die Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit sowie die Steuerung von Wartungs-, Pflege- und Reparaturmaßnahmen. Darüber hinaus obliegt der Fuhrparkleitung die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Kleintransportlogistik, die überwiegend mit E-Fahrzeugen durchgeführt wird, sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse hinsichtlich Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit.

* Operative & strategische Fuhrparksteuerung: Gesamtverantwortung für die Steuerung der Fahrzeugflotte sowie Sicherstellung von Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Wirtschaftlichkeit.

* Instandhaltung & Werkstattkoordination: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Wartungs-, Service-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.

* E-Mobilität & Infrastruktur: Begleitung und operative Umsetzung des Umstellungsprozesses auf eine moderne E-Flotte samt dazugehöriger Ladeinfrastruktur.

* Recht, Sicherheit & Schadenmanagement: Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Prüffristen (§ 57a) und Sicherheitsstandards sowie professionelle Abwicklung von Schadensfällen mit Versicherungen (Kasko/Haftpflicht) und Sachverständigen.

* Controlling & Flottenmanagement: Analyse relevanter Fuhrparkkennzahlen, Budget- und Kostenverantwortung sowie Beschaffung und Ausmusterung von Fahrzeugen unter wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Kriterien.

* Partner- & Dienstleistersteuerung: Verhandlung und Koordination externer Werkstätten, Dienstleister, Lieferanten und Leasingpartner.

* Teamführung & Digitalisierung: Fachliche Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden im Fuhrparkbereich sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Qualifikation & Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene KFZ-Mechaniker Meisterprüfung oder KFZ-technische HTL-Ausbildung (Ing. Fahrzeugtechnik) bzw. vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.

* Fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikationen:

** Berechtigung zur Durchführung von § 57a-Überprüfungen.

** Hochvoltausbildung (mindestens Stufe 2).

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis im Fuhrparkmanagement, technischen Betriebsmanagement oder Werkstattbereich - idealerweise in Konzern- oder großbetriebsähnlichen Strukturen.

* System- & Softwarekenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools (MS Office); Erfahrung mit SAP, PASS sowie KFZ-Kalkulationsprogrammen (z. B. Audatex) von Vorteil.

* Führung & Kompetenzen: Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen und wirtschaftliches Verständnis.

* Flexibilität & Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sowie die Bereitschaft zur fallweisen Übernahme von Frühdiensten (ab 05:00 Uhr).

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.500,00 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Kollektivvertrag Personenbeförderungsgewerbe, Angestellte, Beschäftigungsgruppe 4 a)), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
