Schachinger Logistik Holding GmbH sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Fuhrparkmanager:in PKW (m/w/d) Vollzeit, Hörsching

Wir suchen eine engagierte, strukturierte und technisch interessierte Persönlichkeit, die unseren PKW-Fuhrpark eigenverantwortlich steuert und weiterentwickelt. Mit Ihrem Interesse an E-Mobilität und nachhaltigen Mobilitätslösungen leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Umsetzung unserer "Roadmap to ZERO" bei Schachinger Logistik.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

* Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung des PKW-Fuhrparks

* Marktüberblick über aktuelle und kommende E-Fahrzeugmodelle

* Bewertung neuer E-Fahrzeugmodelle und Technologien sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung der allowance-Liste in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Steuerung externer Dienstleister (Leasinggesellschaften, Werkstätten, Stromkartenanbieter) bei Schadensabwicklung und bei Organisation von Wartungen und Reparaturen

* Bearbeitung von Strafen und Lenkererhebungen

* Überwachung der Prüftermine und Dokumentenmanagement

* Einholung und Verhandlung von Flottenangeboten

* Kostenkontrolle, Budgetplanung und Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Freigabeprozesses

* Aufbau eines Flottenmanagement-Systems

* Verwaltung der Pool-Fahrzeuge inkl. Überprüfung Fahrtenbücher

* Erstellung von Fahrzeugmappen, Durchführen von Einschulungen bei Fahrzeugübergabe

Ihre Kompetenzen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Kfz-Mechaniker, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbar), Weiterbildung in Richtung Fuhrparkmanagement wünschenswert

* Nachhaltigkeitsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für moderne Mobilitätskonzepte

* Fundiertes Wissen über Elektrofahrzeugtechnologien (BEV, Reichweite, Ladestandards, etc.)

* Kostenbewusstsein und analytisches Denkvermögen

* Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Kenntnisse über Flottenmanagement-Systeme wünschenswert

* Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen

Für diese Position ist eine Gehaltsspanne von € 45.000 bis € 60.000 Jahresbruttogehalt vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
