Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Wochenstunden) € 2.664,- brutto pro Monat mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.

Arbeitszeiten: 2 Schichtmodell - Flexibel von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 06:00 und 22:00 Uhr an 5 Tagen pro Woche - jeden zweiten Samstag.

Du bist verantwortlich für

* Prozessmanagement: Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Ein- und Ausgangsdokumenten sowie Erstellung interner Unterlagen (z. B. Ladelisten).

* Koordination & Kommunikation: Abstimmung mit Be- und Entladeteams, externen Transportpartnern und internen Abteilungen.

* System- & Datenpflege: Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung im CASY-System sowie Pflege relevanter Statistiken.

* Qualitäts- & Abweichungsmanagement: Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung.

* Process Flow Management: Kontrolle und aktive Steuerung des gesamten internen Warenflusses zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.

Wer du bist

* Du hast gute Kenntnisse über den "IKEA flow and capacity", die zu einer hervorragenden Auftragserfüllung führen.

* Du hast gute Kenntnisse und ein Verständnis der Bedürfnisse, Anforderungen und Erwartungen der Kund_innen.

* Du hast gute Kenntnisse über relevante IT-Systeme/Lösungen und Tools.

* Du hast einen kollaborativen Ansatz und die Fähigkeit Beziehungen aufzubauen.

* Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch).

* Du hast starke organisatorisch Fähigkeiten und kannst schnell, einfach und strukturiert zu arbeiten.
