Als europaweiter Benchmark im Bereich alternativer Proteine, spezia... 1 Full-Stack Data Scientist (f/m/d) Deine Mission In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselrolle fungieren Sie als strategisches Bindeglied zwischen Daten, Prozessen und Entscheidungsfindung. Sie übersetzen komplexe Analysen in klare Einblicke, intuitive Dashboards und datenbasierte Empfehlungen - und arbeiten eng mit unseren Geschäftseinheiten und Produktionsteams zusammen. Ihr ausgeprägtes Geschäftssinn und Ihr Interesse an technischen Prozessen verwandeln Daten in echten Wert. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten * Datenvorbereitung mit starkem Fokus auf Datenqualität und Durchführung von Analysen * Definieren Sie wichtige Leistungskennzahlen und entwickeln Sie bestehende Berichte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsabteilungen weiter * Entwerfen und entwickeln Sie Modelle, Berichte und Analysen als Grundlage für datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung * Visualisieren und dokumentieren Sie Ergebnisse in sinnvollen Dashboards oder Notizbüchern * Aufbau und Optimierung von Governance- und Compliance-Strukturen im Datenbereich

Dein Profil * Absolvierte eine Hochschulausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Fachhochschule oder einen Universitätsabschluss in Data Science, Mathematik, Software Engineering oder einem verwandten Fach) oder mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung * Solide Fähigkeiten in mindestens einer Programmiersprache, vorzugsweise Python oder SQL * Erfahrung in Datenvorbereitung, Analyse und Modellierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit statistischer Software (z. B. SAS oder R) * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. MS Fabric, AWS usw.) ist ein Pluspunkt * Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
