Locatie Den Haag / hybride ⏰ Uren p/w 36 uur per week Start 22-10-2026 Type Interim Sluiting 01-10-2026 Over de functie Voor het Kennis- en exploitatiecentrum Officiële Overheidspublicaties (KOOP), onderdeel van Logius, zoeken wij een ervaren Full Stack Developer voor het DevOps-team dat de keten Officiële Elektronische Bekendmakingen (OEP) herbouwt. Het gaat om een meerjarige herbouw van een keten van complexe applicaties volgens een moderne architectuur, bedoeld om de publicatie van officiële overheidsinformatie voor de komende tien jaar veilig te stellen. Als Full Stack Developer ontwikkel je end-to-end features: van frontend tot backend en van idee tot productie. Je werkt nauw samen met andere developers, architecten en de product owner, neemt eigenaarschap over je werk en denkt actief mee over oplossingen, prioritering en volgorde. Je weegt bewust af tussen snelheid, kwaliteit en onderhoudbaarheid, en kunt architecturale keuzes uitleggen en onderbouwen. Er wordt gewerkt volgens agile en SAFe-principes, in sprints van twee weken. Prioriteiten komen voort uit de lopende epics en features, in overleg met de product owner. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces: van idee tot het in productie nemen en beheren van de software. Ontwikkelen van nieuwe applicaties binnen de herbouw van de OEP-keten Backend met Java en Spring Boot Geautomatiseerd uitrollen naar Kubernetes via CI/CD Meedenken over softwarearchitectuur, security, performance en schaalbaarheid Wat wij vragen - Ruime ervaring met full stack ontwikkeling met HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React en een backend-stack (Java/Spring Boot), plus CI/CD en Kubernetes - Minimaal 8 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met full stack ontwikkeling van complexe, beheerbare applicaties in Java/Spring Boot en React, van architectuur tot realisatie - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe applicaties (niet alleen doorontwikkeling) en het geautomatiseer...
