Im deutschsprachigen Raum gehören wir zu den führenden Anbietern von Cloud-Anwendungen im Bereich Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheitsplanung.

Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen 1 Full-Stack-Developer (m/w/x) Gestalte die Zukunft der Zeiterfassung - eine Codezeile nach der anderen!

Als Full-Stack-Developer bei TimeTac entwickelst du moderne und skalierbare Lösungen für die Zeiterfassung - in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld, in dem dein Code zählt. Im Fokus stehen sowohl die Weiterentwicklung von APIs, sowie des Frontends, als auch Performance-Optimierungen und das Umsetzen spannender neuer Features.

Deine Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Wartung von Backend- als auch Frontend-Services mit Schwerpunkt auf neuen Funktionen, Performance-Verbesserungen und der Aktualisierung unseres Tech-Stacks.

* Sicherstellung der Codequalität und -zuverlässigkeit durch das Schreiben von API- und Unit-Tests sowie Unterstützung mit Code-Reviews.

* Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen der Architektur und unserer Tools - wir streben stets danach, unseren Stack modern und effizient zu halten.

* Überwachung und Optimierung der Systemleistung mit Tools wie Prometheus, Elasticsearch und Kibana zur Analyse von Logs und Metriken.

* Mitgestaltung technischer Entscheidungen durch aktive Teilnahme an Teammeetings.

* Aktive Mitarbeit in einem agilen Umfeld mit starkem Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung.

Dein Profil

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit PHP und Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit modernen Frameworks wie React oder Angular.

* Erfahrung mit dem Symfony-Framework ist ein Nice-to-Have.

* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Wartung von RESTful APIs mit PHP und MySQL und idealerweise in der Umsetzung von Frontend-Logik zur Nutzung dieser APIs.

* Leidenschaft für Testautomatisierung sowie praktische Erfahrung im Schreiben von API- und Unit-Tests.

* Kenntnisse im Refactoring, Performance-Tuning und in Softwarearchitekturen, um wartbaren und effizienten Code sicherzustellen.

* Fließende Englischkenntnisse, da dies unsere Arbeitssprache ist.

* Analytisches Denken und hoher Anspruch an Qualität.

* Freude am Programmieren und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Unser Stack

* PHP (Symfony), MySQL, Redis - Backend REST API-Entwicklung.

* Typescript, React, Redux, Tailwind, HTML and CSS - Frontend Entwicklung.

* Codeception, PHPUnit - automatisiertes Testen.

* Gitlab, Docker - Continuous Integration und Deployment.

* Elasticsearch, Logstash und Kibana (ELK Stack), Prometheus - Monitoring.

Weiters verwenden wir git, JIRA, Slack und Google Workspace.

Die ausgeschriebene Position ist in Vollzeit zu 38,5 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar. Das Mindestgehalt bei drei Jahren Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung beträgt € 55.356 ,- brutto jährlich (Vollzeit).

Selbstverständlich werden jedoch individuelle Qualifikationen und positionsrelevante Erfahrungen bei der Festlegung des tatsächlichen Gehalts berücksichtigt. Bei entsprechender Erfahrung besteht ausdrücklich die Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung.
