The posting

Full stack engineer (medior/senior) We bouwen een HR tech platform waarin skills centraal staan. In plaats van diploma's en functietitels kijken we naar wat iemand effectief kan.

Dat klinkt eenvoudig, maar het betekent dat je skills moet kunnen extraheren, vergelijken, scoren en up-to-date houden. Daar komt behoorlijk wat AI bij kijken, en dat is precies het deel dat we zelf bouwen.

Wat je doet LLM's zitten in de kern van het platform. Je werkt met embeddings, retrieval en agents, en je zorgt dat de output voorspelbaar, testbaar en betaalbaar blijft. Wie al eens een AI-feature van demo naar productie heeft gebracht, weet dat daar het echte werk zit.

Je werkt end-to-end. Vue-component, NestJS-resolver, Terraform-module: het hoort er allemaal bij. Niemand gooit hier werk over de muur, daar zijn we met te weinig voor.

Je gebruikt AI ook zelf om sneller te werken (Claude Code, Cursor, ...) en je hebt een mening over waar dat helpt en waar het je vertraagt.

Waar je over beslist De architectuur ligt nog niet vast. Datamodel, API-contracten, deploy-strategie: daar zit je mee aan tafel, samen met de twee andere devs. Je voert geen playbook uit dat iemand anders geschreven heeft.

Als iets fundamenteel verkeerd zit, zeggen we dat tegen elkaar. Ook als het vorige maand zo beslist is.

Je draagt wat je bouwt. Monitoring, incidenten, technical debt: dat blijft liggen tot iemand het oppakt, en met drie man is die iemand vaak jij.

Skillset Dit beschrijft het ideale profiel, je hoeft niet alle vakjes aan te kruisen.

Must-have ervaring:

  • AI-native features bouwen (integraties met LLM's, embeddings, ...). Bij voorkeur Mastra, ervaring met LangChain is ook welkom
  • AI gebruiken voor ontwikkeling (Claude Code, Cursor, ...). Je hebt een mening over waar en wanneer je het wel of niet gebruikt.
  • Vue (of vergelijkbaar)
  • NestJS (of vergelijkbaar)
  • TypeScript
  • GraphQL
  • REST
  • Google Cloud Platform (of vergelijkbaar)
  • Prisma (of vergelijkbaar)
  • Postgres (of vergelijkbaar)

Nice-to-have ervaring:

  • Terraform (of vergelijkbaar)
  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions (of vergelijkbaar)

Interesse om te werken met: Tailwind, Redis, PostHog, Sentry.

Sterke pluspunten (geen must)

  • Ervaring met een B2B SaaS-product dat echte klanten heeft
  • Ervaring in een startup- of scale-up-omgeving
  • Affiniteit met HR tech, skill development of de toekomst van werk
