Jouw uitdaging Als Full Stack Java Developer werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Qnect, ons eigen low-code platform. Op dit platform bouwen organisaties toepassingen voor onder meer audits, incidentmanagement, RI&E's, inspecties en complianceprocessen. Je wordt onderdeel van een ervaren en betrokken team van vier developers en een DevOps Engineer. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het platform stabiel, schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig blijft. Je denkt mee over meer dan alleen de implementatie van functionaliteiten. Ook architectuur, technische keuzes, performance, security en innovatie behoren tot jouw werkterrein. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om ideeën in de praktijk te brengen. Daarnaast werk je regelmatig samen met collega's uit andere ontwikkelteams binnen onze organisatie, waardoor je kunt sparren met een grotere groep van circa 25 softwareontwikkelaars. AI als onderdeel van ons ontwikkelproces Bij Kader Digital zetten we AI actief in om slimmer en efficiënter software te ontwikkelen. We werken dagelijks met Claude AI voor ondersteuning bij design, ontwikkeling en testen. We zoeken daarom een developer die AI niet ziet als vervanging van vakmanschap, maar als een krachtig hulpmiddel. Iemand die begrijpt wanneer AI helpt, maar ook kritisch blijft op kwaliteit, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Wat ga je doen?...
