Beschrijving opdracht Deze verambtelijkingsaanvraag betreft de vernieuwing en uitfasering van een groot deel van het applicatielandschap binnen de keten Inkomensheffing, met als doel Cool:Gen volledig te vervangen vóór 2027. Je werkt als fullstack developer in een multidisciplinair Agile-team aan moderne, duurzame oplossingen met technologieën zoals Java, Angular, BRM, webservices en een SOA-benadering. Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het ontwikkelen van hoogwaardige software, reviewen van ontwerp- en architectuurdocumentatie, uitvoeren van bouw- en integratietesten en het ondersteunen van testers en beheerorganisaties. Je draagt actief bij aan technische verbeteringen en kwaliteitsverhoging, lost incidenten en technische vraagstukken op en begeleidt en coacht junior en medior developers. De opdracht vindt plaats binnen IV IBS Inkomensheffing bij de Belastingdienst in Apeldoorn en vraagt bewuste aandacht voor integratie van meerdere bedrijfskritische applicaties en continue afstemming met stakeholders. Vereist profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring als fullstack ontwikkelaar met Java en moderne front-end frameworks (bij voorkeur Angular). - Kennis van Business Rule Management (BRM), webservices, SOA-principes en ervaring met integratieprojecten en migratie van legacy-systemen. - Ervaring met Agile werkmethoden, code- en architectuurreviews, bouw- en integratietesten en ondersteuning van testtrajecten. - Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden, kwaliteitsgerichte mindset en ervaring met CI/CD, automatisering en technische verbetertrajecten. - Ervaring met begeleiden/coachen van junioren en medioren, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams. - Kennis van beveiliging en privacy binnen overheidssystemen, en ervaring met bedrijfskritische omgevingen is een pré. - Gevraagd profiel: HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, meerdere jaren relevante ervaring; bereidheid tot plaatsing in Apeldoorn.
