eine sehr spannende Position, welche moderne Softwarelösungen mit innovativen KI-Technologien verbindet. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du an anspruchsvollen Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und künstliche Intelligenz und gestaltest aktiv die technologische Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.

Aufgaben * Konzeption und Entwicklung von skalierbaren Softwarelösungen im Fullstack-Bereich * Design, Implementierung und Betrieb von KI-basierten Anwendungen (z. B. RAG-Systeme, agentische Workflows) * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Architekturen sowie Deployment-Strategien * Integration von KI-Services und Modellen in bestehende Systeme und IT-Landschaften (inkl. APIs und Datenpipelines) * Auswahl, Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Frameworks im Bereich AI/LLM (z. B. LangChain, Vektordatenbanken) * Fachliche Begleitung des Teams als Sparringspartner sowie aktive Mitgestaltung des KI-Einsatzes im Entwicklungsprozess

Profil * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in .NET / C#, Python und TypeScript (idealerweise Angular) * Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und dem Deployment skalierbarer Software- und KI-Lösungen * Praxis in der Umsetzung von KI-basierten Anwendungen, z. B. RAG-Systemen und agentischen Workflows * Erfahrung in der Integration von KI-Services und Modellen in bestehende Systeme, APIs und Datenpipelines * Gute Kenntnisse gängiger AI-/LLM-Frameworks wie LangChain, LlamaIndex oder vergleichbarer Technologien * Verständnis für Prompt Engineering, Kontextmanagement, Retrieval-Strategien sowie idealerweise für Vektordatenbanken und Embedding-Modelle * Erfahrung mit AI-Coding-Tools wie GitHub Copilot, Codex oder Claude sowie Interesse, deren Einsatz im Entwicklungsprozess aktiv voranzutreiben * Idealerweise Know-how in Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen, idealerweise mit Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry oder IBM watsonx * Teamorientierte, seniorige Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Sparring, Wissensaustausch und der Unterstützung weniger erfahrener KollegInnen
