BlueTrail Fullstack Developer Wapenvergunningen (3FTE) Overijssel 36u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Korpscheftaken (hierna KCT) vormt een specifieke portefeuille binnen de politieorganisatie. Bij elke politie-eenheid wordt uitvoering gegeven aan deze portefeuille bij een team Korpscheftaken. PSH-VM is een applicatie die ter ondersteuning van een aantal van de KCT-taken wordt gebruikt. PSH-VM is inmiddels een legacy-applicatie en wordt opgevolgd door Verona. Beide applicaties ondersteunen de KCT's en Basisteams bij onder andere het proces rondom het verlenen, verlengen, intrekken en weigeren van wapenvergunningen, controleren en monitoren, huis- & kluiscontroles etc. Het streven is om de belangrijkste functionaliteit eind 2027 beschikbaar te hebben in Verona, zodat PSH-VM veilig uitgefaseerd kan worden. Omdat dit te realiseren is, is tijdelijk extra capaciteit aangevraagd en toegekend. Opdracht / functieomschrijving De opdracht betreft het ondersteunen in de realisatie van de roadmap om PSH-VM eind 2027 uit te faseren en Verona operationeel te hebben. Gedurende de realisatie zal 'de winkel open' moeten blijven; PSH-VM wordt intensief gebruikt en zal blijven worden gebruikt tot Verona operationeel is. In deze overgangsfase zal er ook gewerkt moeten worden aan lifecyclemanagement, (kleine) wetswijzigingen en het verhelpen van incidenten. Daarnaast zal worden samengewerkt met de twee bestaande DevOps-teams om zo effectief mogelijk de beschikbare capaciteit in te zetten en de grootste stappen op de roadmap te kunnen zetten. Hierbij wordt gestreefd naar maximale focus op het realiseren van de roadmap, waarbij afleiding zoveel mogelijk wordt opgevangen door de versterking in capaciteit. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd?
