1 Fullstack Entwickler:in - Digital Customer Platforms (m/w/d) Gestalten Sie mit uns die nächste Generation unserer digitalen Kunden- und Vermittlerlösungen. Wir bauen unsere digitalen Services grundlegend weiter aus und suchen dafür eine:n Fullstack Developer:in, der oder die nicht Tickets abarbeitet, sondern Produkte und technische Lösungen aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Technologisch setzen wir unter anderem auf Angular und TypeScript im Frontend, NestJS als Backend-for-Frontend sowie C#/.NET im Core Backend. Dabei möchten wir moderne Softwareentwicklung auch wirklich modern leben: AI-Tools wie Codex, Claude Code und vergleichbare Developer Tools stehen zur Verfügung und sollen aktiv eingesetzt werden. Wir suchen jemanden, der Freude daran hat, diese Möglichkeiten sinnvoll in den Entwicklungsalltag zu integrieren und gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Arbeitsweisen auszuprobieren.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Entwicklung moderner Webanwendungen mit Angular und TypeScript * Konzeption und Umsetzung intuitiver, moderner User Interfaces und User Experiences * Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Backend-for-Frontend-Services mit NestJS * Entwicklung von Services und REST APIs mit C#/.NET * Aufbau neuer Schnittstellen und APIs zur zunehmenden Automatisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse * Mitarbeit an neuen digitalen Produkten wie Kundenportal, Vermittlerportal und digitalen Antragsstrecken * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen und schrittweise Modernisierung unserer Softwarelandschaft * Aktive Mitarbeit an Architekturentscheidungen, Entwicklungsstandards und technischen Konzepten * Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität durch automatisierte Tests, Reviews und Clean-Code-Prinzipien * Einsatz moderner AI Coding Tools zur Unterstützung bei Entwicklung, Testing, Refactoring und Softwaredesign * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, UX und anderen Entwickler:innen

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Webanwendungen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Angular, TypeScript, HTML und CSS * Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit C#/.NET und/oder NestJS/Node.js * Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung und Gestaltung von REST APIs * Ein gutes Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur, Clean Code sowie wartbare und testbare Software * Gespür für gute UI/UX - Sie möchten nicht nur funktionierende, sondern auch gut nutzbare Anwendungen entwickeln * Interesse an AI-assisted Software Development und Freude daran, Tools wie Codex, Claude Code oder vergleichbare Lösungen produktiv einzusetzen * Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, technische Verbesserungen ins Team einzubringen * Eine pragmatische Arbeitsweise: Sie können zwischen "technisch perfekt" und "für das Produkt sinnvoll" unterscheiden * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens Niveau C1

Wünschenswert, jedoch kein "Muss" sind zusätzlich Erfahrungen mit:

* PostgreSQL oder Microsoft SQL Server * Entity Framework * Cloud-ready beziehungsweise Cloud-native Softwareentwicklung * automatisierten Tests und modernen CI/CD-Prozessen * agilen Entwicklungsmodellen * der Versicherungsbranche
