Fullstack Python Developer We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren fullstack Python developer , een veelzijdige professional die het vak ziet veranderen en daar energie van krijgt. Wij houden van mensen die zich kunnen verdiepen in de wensen van de klant en dit kunnen vertalen naar slimme oplossingen . Bij ons doe je dat van begin tot eind: je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste klantgesprek tot de oplevering, met AI als standaard onderdeel van je gereedschap. Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent een developer die niet alleen voldoening haalt uit het perfectioneren van de code, maar vooral uit het oplossen van problemen waar een klant echt iets aan heeft. Je hebt een stevige technische basis en je vindt het leuk om met klanten te praten over hun business, zonder in techniek te vluchten. Hoe wij werken Wij werken niet met uitgekauwde tickets. Elk stuk werk begint bij ons met een klantvraag: wie is er het meest mee geholpen, wat levert het de klant op, en wat zijn de randvoorwaarden. De oplossing bedenk jij, samen met de klant, met AI als versneller. Wie een probleem oppakt is er eigenaar van en zorgt ervoor dat het helemaal opgeleverd wordt. Klaar? Dan gaat het naar de klant en pak je het volgende probleem aan. Jouw techniek Je bent thuis in Python en Django , met gevoel voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid en snelheid. Schone, goed geteste code is voor jou vanzelfsprekend (je citeert regelmatig uit PEP 20), net als heldere datamodellen, mooie REST API's en een uitmuntende aansluiting op interactieve Vue / Nuxt frontends. Ervaring met PostgreSQL is een pré, maar als je snel leert en gemotiveerd bent, ben je ook van harte welkom. Belangrijker dan alle API's en documentatie uit je hoofd kennen: je begrijpt algoritmen, datastructuren en systeemgedrag goed genoeg om AI-gegenereerde code te doorzien en verborgen problemen te signaleren. Jij bent en blijft verantwoordelijk voor de uitkomst , en niet het AI-model waar je mee hebt samengewerkt. Onze stack We werken...
