Functieomschrijving

  • Je vertaalt de functionele behoeften van klanten naar concrete Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-oplossingen.
  • Je verdiept je in de bedrijfsprocessen van de klant, zowel op locatie als op afstand, en brengt behoeften, knelpunten en verbeterpunten in kaart.
  • Je stelt bestaande processen kritisch in vraag en denkt vanuit een helikopterview mee over optimalisaties en efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant, accountmanager, projectmanager en technische collega’s en zorgt voor een heldere communicatie gedurende het hele traject.
  • Je werkt analyses en Fit-Gap-documenten uit en vertaalt de klantbehoeften naar de mogelijkheden van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Je begeleidt de implementatie en uitrol van de oplossing en zorgt samen met het team voor een vlotte ingebruikname en eerste nazorg.
  • Je werkt mee aan diverse projecten in verschillende sectoren, waarbij je samen met collega’s, accountmanagers en projectmanagers zorgt voor kwalitatieve bedrijfsoplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma met een IT-gerelateerde focus.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel consultant binnen een commerciële B2B-omgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central en ERP-oplossingen.
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften vlot naar duidelijk gedocumenteerde en haalbare oplossingen en werkt hierbij analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en je tijd efficiënt te beheren, ook wanneer je onder tijdsdruk werkt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk, durft assertief op te treden en combineert zelfstandigheid met een goed organisatievermogen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B, zodat je flexibel verschillende klanten op locatie kunt bezoeken.
