Jouw dagen als Functional Consultant M365 zien er telkens anders uit. Je neemt hierin het voortouw bij het vertalen van complexe bedrijfsprocessen naar heldere, technologische toepassingen.

  • Analyseren van de specifieke noden van de klant, waarna je deze omzet in slimme oplossingen binnen het bredere Microsoft ecosysteem om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Uitwerken van een doordachte structuur voor informatiestromen, documentbeheer en samenwerking via onder andere SharePoint en Teams.
  • Bouwen en configureren van handige low-code automatisaties via het Power Platform, zodat handmatig werk voor de gebruiker tot het verleden behoort.
  • Begeleiden van gerichte workshops waarbij je de klant meeneemt in de nieuwe manier van werken en hen helder adviseert over best practices.
  • Bewaken van de volledige projectflow, van de eerste scope tot de finale oplevering, waarbij je nauw schakelt met de technische collega's om topkwaliteit te garanderen.

Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn in de functie van Functional Consultant M365 kijken we vooral naar jouw mentaliteit en het vermogen om vlot de brug te slaan tussen de business en IT.

  • Ervaring van ongeveer vijf jaar in een gelijkaardige rol, waarbij je de architectuur van de moderne werkplek al goed in de vingers hebt.
  • Technisch inzicht combineer je moeiteloos met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je geen pure ontwikkelaar bent maar wel graag bouwt aan de oplossing.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als iemand die van nature ownership neemt en heel gestructureerd te werk gaat tijdens de uitrol van opdrachten.
  • Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands is voor jou vanzelfsprekend om ondernemingen professioneel te woord te staan.
