The posting

Functieomschrijving

  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en klantennoden en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte digitale oplossingen binnen het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem;
  • Je werkt functionele oplossingen uit rond onder meer Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams en informatiestromen, inclusief sitestructuren, metadata en documentbeheer;
  • Je ontwikkelt en configureert low-code toepassingen en automatisaties met het Microsoft Power Platform, waaronder Power Automate, Power Apps en Power BI;
  • Je adviseert klanten over best practices en begeleidt hen bij het maken van de juiste keuzes binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem;
  • Je faciliteert workshops en fungeert als vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten gedurende het volledige projecttraject;
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in projectopvolging, inclusief planning, scopebewaking en afstemming met stakeholders;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met technische collega’s en bewaakt de kwaliteit, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en duurzame oplevering van oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en in het bijzonder het Microsoft-ecosysteem, en je haalt energie uit het verkennen van nieuwe technologieën en oplossingen;
  • Je beschikt over ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring als Functional Consultant, Business Analyst of in een gelijkaardige rol;
  • Je hebt praktijkervaring binnen Microsoft 365 en een goede kennis van SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams en het Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps en Power BI);
  • Je begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen en kan deze vertalen naar gebruiksvriendelijke en efficiënte digitale oplossingen;
  • Je combineert een functionele mindset met technische feeling en werkt graag hands-on mee aan implementaties en optimalisaties;
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en stakeholders, denkt analytisch en werkt gestructureerd met een sterk gevoel voor ownership;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; een bacheloropleiding binnen IT is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring en de juiste mindset primeren.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
