In deze zelfstandige, invloedrijke regierol neem je stakeholders op alle niveaus mee in het belang van zorgvuldige gegevensbescherming. Voor het team Control zoeken wij een Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) voor 24 - 28 uur per week Wat ga je doen? Als Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de zorgvuldige omgang met persoonsgegevens binnen de overheid. Je treedt in dienst bij De BedrijfsvoeringsPartner en houdt toezicht op de BedrijfsvoeringsPartner én de gemeenten Albrandswaard, Barendrecht en Ridderkerk. Jouw belangrijkste taak is het toezien op de juiste toepassing en naleving van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en de Wet Politiegegevens (WPG). Daarbij werk je intensief samen met onder andere de portefeuillehouder, gemeentesecretarissen, CISO, ISO's, Privacy Officers, informatieadviseurs en databeheerders. Je bent zowel autoriteit als sparringpartner op het gebied van gegevensbescherming. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de organisaties, communiceert met leidinggevenden en medewerkers op alle niveaus en weet het belang van privacy op een positieve en duidelijke manier over te brengen. Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd over privacyvraagstukken, beoordeelt DPIA's, doet verbetervoorstellen en draagt bij aan organisatiebreed bewustzijn en kennisontwikkeling. Daarnaast volg je nationale en internationale ontwikkelingen op het gebied van gegevensbescherming en vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar beleid en uitvoering.
