Patiëntvriendelijkheid staat steeds voorop. Het ziekenhuis staat voor zorgzaamheid, innovatie en samenwerking. Medewerkers en patiënten voelen zich thuis. Het ziekenhuis levert topkwaliteit op medisch en verpleegkundig terrein en is continu bezig haar zorg te innoveren. In het ziekenhuis werken ruim 3.000 medewerkers, waarvan circa 1.500 verpleegkundigen en ruim 300 medisch specialisten. Het ziekenhuis is een erkend topklinisch opleidingsziekenhuis voor ruim 20 specialismen. Ze leiden continu toekomstige artsen en verpleegkundigen op. Momenteel bestaat de vacature voor een enthousiast en gepassioneerd Hoe ziet je werk eruit? Je wordt de onafhankelijke toezichthouder op het gebied van privacy. Jouw aandachtsgebied is toezicht houden op de toepassing en naleving van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Je geeft advies, doet aanbevelingen tot verbetering, je ondersteunt bij werkzaamheden op privacy gebied (zoals goedkeuren DPIA's en verwerkersovereenkomsten) en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie m.b.t. de AVG. Naast bovenstaande verantwoordelijkheden ben je vertegenwoordiger en contactpersoon voor de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Je verzorgt tijdige en accurate melding van incidenten en wikkelt deze volgens de wettelijke norm af. Het ziekenhuis heeft te maken met bijzondere persoonsgegevens, zoals op het gebied van zorg, en wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Als Functionaris Gegevensbescherming heb je naast de AVG ook te maken met andere wet- en regelgeving. Het is dan ook belangrijk dat je continu juridische en technisch-wetenschappelijke ontwikkelingen op jouw vakgebied bestudeert, om deze vervolgens te beoordelen op consequenties en mogelijkheden voor het ziekenhuis.
