Het op te leveren document is een adviesrapport met: - Beleidsopties- en richtingen op lokaal en regionaal niveau, gebruik makend van het format Suïcidepreventieplan van het ondersteuningsprogramma Suïcidepreventie, met: - Wat er nodig is t.b.v. coördinatie hiervan - Wat er nodig is t.b.v. de implementatie (projectplan in hoofdlijnen) - Lokale situatie in kaart brengen door middel van desk research en gesprekken van risicofactoren, beschermende factoren en risicogroepen. Een regiobeeld vanuit de GGD is hiervoor beschikbaar, als ook interne kennis. - Advies voor mogelijke invulling van de Wet voor Ede op basis van: - Analyse van wat de adviezen vanuit kenniscentra en andere gemeenten zijn t.a.v. de invulling van de wet - Wat er contextueel mogelijk is op: - Lokaal niveau (in gelaagdheid van beleid én implementatie) - Regionaal niveau (waarbij op regionaal niveau gekeken kan worden naar de verbinding met de VVGM regio enerzijds, en de Vitale Gelderse Vallei anderzijds) Bij het opstellen van dit advies wordt rekening gehouden met beschikbare middelen: - Daar waar passend het advies verreiken door: - Lokale kansen in kaart brengen: - Om formele en informele netwerken te combineren (zorgverleners, scholen, sportclubs, buurthuizen, bibliotheken) - Ervaringskennis te verankeren in beleid en uitvoering Gedurende het traject wordt de inhoud van deze opdracht daar waar nodig gekoppeld aan de inhoud voor het Integraal Beleidskader. Ook wordt gekeken hoe het regionale aspect van de invulling van deze Wet ingebed kan worden binnen de regionale coalitie Mentaal Vitaal.
