Voor de Bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie West Betuwe (BWB) is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Functionaris Gegevensbescherming voor 18 uur per week.

Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG)

18 uur | standplaats Culemborg

Met jouw passie en gedrevenheid weet jij gegevensbescherming en informatieveiligheid goed op de agenda's te krijgen en houden van de verschillende directies. Je verzamelt informatie over gegevensverwerkingen, analyseert deze verwerkingen en beoordeelt of ze aan de wet voldoen. Je informeert en adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd, grijpt in waar nodig en doet proactief aanbevelingen aan de besturen, directies en medewerkers over de verplichtingen en naleving van de AVG.

Als Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) heb je een onafhankelijke positie. Je krijgt de vrijheid en het vertrouwen om jouw rol een goede invulling te geven binnen de organisatie. Met jouw resultaatgerichtheid weet jij vooruitgang te boeken op het gebied van privacy. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), ISO's en de Privacy Officers van de 4 organisaties.

Tot je takenpakket behoort o.a. ook:

• Toezicht houden op de toepassing én naleving van AVG, de Wpg en andere relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van gegevensbescherming. • Je houdt toezicht op de opzet, het bestaan en de werking van de maatregelen en het instrumentarium voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. • Je adviseert over Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's) van zowel processen als wetgeving en je ziet toe op de uitvoering daarvan. • Jij bent tevens het aanspreekpunt voor de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).

Als FG kom je terecht in het team Staf. Dit team bevat 8 medewerkers verdeeld over de volgende disciplines FG, CISO, Concerncontrol en OR-, Directie- en managementondersteuning, communicatie. Jouw collega's zijn stuk voor stuk gedreven en hardwerkende professionals die samen staan voor een ontwikkelopgave op de gebieden continue verbetering van de dienst
