Welkom bij Spuigroep! De plek waar we niet alleen op zoek zijn naar een Functioneel Beheerder voor ons AFAS-systeem, maar naar een heuse AFAS-enthousiasteling! In de komende tijd staat de verdere inrichting en implementatie van AFAS centraal, zowel voor HR als Finance. Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben je gedreven om de HR en Finance afdelingen te ondersteunen met het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsprocessen en inrichting binnen AFAS.Dit ga je doen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionele inrichting in AFAS en draagt mede zorg dat de Financiële en HR-processen in AFAS vloeiend verlopen. En bent de verbinding tussen de applicatie en de gebruikers.

Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: • Autorisaties en rechten toekenning in AFAS • Optimaliseren bedrijfsprocessen binnen de applicatie • Opzetten van rapportages i.s.m. de Finance en HR verantwoordelijken • Actief zoeken naar - en voorstellen van verdere verbeteringen van het gebruik van AFAS • Samenwerken met key-users om bedrijfsprocessen te analyseren en te vertalen naar passende functionaliteiten binnen AFAS • Assisteren bij updates en testprocessen • Schrijven en onderhouden van werkinstructiesDit ben jij Je hebt ervaring met functioneel beheer en wilt de applicatie AFAS eigen maken vanuit de gebruikerskant. Je verdiept je graag in de inrichting en de keuzes die daarbij horen. Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en op zoek naar een uitdagende functie in een informele werkomgeving. Verder vragen wij: • Aantoonbare werkervaring met zowel het HR-pakket als het financiële pakket van AFAS • Kennis van HR-processen rondom HR en Payroll • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en in staat zijn om
