We zijn op zoek naar een Functioneel Analist binnen het Operations Domein (productie, planning, kwaliteit) om ons team te versterken en de toekomst van onze digitale oplossingen vorm te geven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Functioneel Analist Operations ben je de cruciale schakel tussen de stakeholders binnen de business en de technische teams.
  • Je vertaalt de bedrijfsbehoeften naar heldere functionele vereisten en begeleidt de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van onze IT oplossingen binnen het operationsdomein om ervoor te zorgen dat ze daadwerkelijk waarde leveren.
  • Samen met de business analist analyseer je bedrijfsprocessen en identificeer je kansen voor proces optimalisaties via digitale applicaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen andere domeinen en ontwikkelaars.
  • Je volgt de verbeterprojecten op en rapporteert de status.
  • Je neemt deel aan workshops, stakeholdermeetings en sprintplanning.
  • Je valideert oplossingen door middel van testen, feedbackloops en data analyse.
  • Je bewaakt de applicatieprestaties en stelt verbeteringen voor.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt voor een internationale productieonderneming die gespecialiseerd is in innovatieve bouwoplossingen voor dak- en gevelsystemen. Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, technologie en duurzaamheid speelt het bedrijf een belangrijke rol binnen de bouwsector.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist bij voorkeur in een SAP omgeving.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving met internationale voetafdruk is een voordeel.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspeler.
  • Ervaring met Agile/Scrum-methodologieën.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent energiek, dynamisch, gemotiveerd en enthousiast.
