Als Functioneel Analist Credit Risk Modelling zorg je ervoor dat de teams die kredietrisicomodellen ontwikkelen, valideren en monitoren kunnen rekenen op betrouwbare data en goed ontworpen dataprocessen. Je werkt op het kruispunt van kredietrisico, data en IT. Je analyseert complexe datavraagstukken, vertaalt behoeften van modelling- en validatieteams naar functionele oplossingen en helpt processen rond datakwaliteit, monitoring en validatie verder verbeteren en automatiseren. De functie combineert functionele analyse en data-analyse. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en interesses kan je focus meer liggen op diepgaand dataonderzoek of op functioneel ontwerp en coördinatie. Je komt terecht in een internationaal team met collega’s in België, Praag en Sofia. Je werkt in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving waarin datakwaliteit, governance en traceerbaarheid essentieel zijn.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor modelling- en validatieteams bij datavereisten, vragen en incidenten.
  • Je vertaalt business- en modelleringsvereisten naar duidelijke functionele ontwerpen voor de implementatieteams.
  • Je stuurt mee de verdere ontwikkeling van de database voor kredietrisicomodellen en de bijhorende dataleveringsprocessen.
  • Je coördineert nieuwe functionaliteiten en bewaakt samen met data engineers en analisten de kwaliteit van de oplevering.
  • Je voert impactanalyses uit bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen en proceswijzigingen.
  • Je helpt datakwaliteitscontroles, monitoring en geautomatiseerde validatieprocessen ontwerpen en implementeren.
  • Je onderzoekt complexe dataproblemen en werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen over bronsystemen, businessprocessen en de centrale databank heen.
  • Je automatiseert processen rond modelmonitoring en jaarlijkse validaties waar dat mogelijk is.
  • Je bouwt een grondig inzicht op in de kredietprocessen, IT-toepassingen en datastromen binnen KBC en gebruikt die kennis om tot duurzame oplossingen te komen.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische, wetenschappelijke, wiskundige, ingenieurs- of andere kwantitatieve richting.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in de financiële sector en kent kredietrisicoconcepten zoals PD-, EAD- en LGD-modellen.
  • Je hebt ervaring als functioneel analist, businessanalist, data-analist of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met complexe datastructuren en datastromen en kan snel verbanden leggen tussen processen, systemen en data.
  • Je vertaalt complexe behoeften naar pragmatische en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel business-, modelling- als IT-teams en brengt verschillende belangen en verwachtingen samen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt ownership en hebt een uitgesproken aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van Python, SQL, Jira en Confluence is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels.
