Wat doe je als Functioneel Analist Operations? Je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar efficiënte digitale oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan betere processen en een hogere efficiëntie.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je analyseert samen met de business de bestaande processen binnen productie, planning en kwaliteit en detecteert opportuniteiten voor verdere digitalisering.
  • Je vertaalt businessbehoeften naar duidelijke functionele analyses en specificaties voor de ontwikkelteams.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars, business analisten en collega's uit andere IT-domeinen om projecten succesvol te realiseren.
  • Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten van analyse tot oplevering en volgt planning, voortgang en resultaten op.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan workshops, stakeholderoverleg en Agile sprintplanningen.
  • Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten, verwerkt feedback en valideert oplossingen op basis van data en gebruikerservaring.
  • Je bewaakt de performantie van applicaties en doet voorstellen om processen en systemen continu te verbeteren.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist, bij voorkeur binnen een SAP-omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel business als IT en werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Agile- en Scrum-methodieken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt energie uit het realiseren van verbeteringen.
