Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder zorg jij dat onze applicaties doen wat ze moeten doen, vandaag en morgen. Je duikt in processen, verbindt business en IT en maakt impact op de hele organisatie. Niet alleen oplossen, maar verbeteren. Klaar om te groeien in een rol met zichtbare invloed? Dan is dit jouw startpunt. Wat ga je doen? Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder bij BMN ben jij dé expert die zorgt dat onze bedrijfskritische applicaties soepel draaien en blijven verbeteren. Je bent onderdeel van het Business Applications Teamen analyseert wat er echt speelt op proces- en dataniveau en zorgt dat systemen weer doen wat ze moeten doen. Je schakelt met key-users, vertaalt businessvragen naar oplossingen en denkt mee over toekomstige inrichting. Of het nu gaat om een datamutatie, een wijziging in inrichting of een nieuwe release: jij beheert het, test het, documenteert het en kijkt vooruit. Je bent niet alleen bezig met het oplossen van tickets, maar ook met het verbeteren van onze applicaties, processen en samenwerking. Jouw werk raakt alle onderdelen van onze organisatie van commercie tot finance en heeft direct impact op de dagelijkse operatie van BMN. Jouw taken: - Oppakken van tweede-lijns escalaties via Teams en ticketsysteem - Troubleshooten van proces- en datamodel-issues - Change management: inrichting, versies en datamutaties beheren - Wijzigingen documenteren en kennis delen met collega's - Signaleren van structurele knelpunten en verbetervoorstellen doen - Meewerken aan functionele wijzigingen en projecten Wat bieden wij? - Een coach in de persoon van de teamlead Business Applications aan wie je ook rapporteert. - Een sleutelrol in de digitale backbone van BMN - Veel vrijheid om je werk vorm te geven en processen te ...
