Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder SAP SD zorg jij ervoor dat onze verkoop- en orderprocessen soepel blijven draaien. Je bent de schakel tussen onze gebruikers, IT-collega's en externe leveranciers. De focus ligt op het order-to-cashproces binnen SAP: van verkooporder en pricing tot levering, facturatie, retouren en relevante masterdata. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega's van onder andere Verkoop, E-commerce, Logistiek, Finance en Klantenservice. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - beheren en optimaliseren van processen binnen SAP SD; - analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en terugkerende problemen; - onderzoeken van documentstromen, foutmeldingen, logs, IDocs, interfaces en jobs; - vertalen van gebruikerswensen en procesverbeteringen naar heldere requirements, functionele ontwerpen en concrete wijzigingsvoorstellen. - inrichten en onderhouden van SAP SD-customizing binnen de afgesproken verantwoordelijkheden en changeprocessen. - testen van wijzigingen en begeleiden van gebruikersacceptatietesten; - bewaken van koppelingen tussen SAP en andere systemen en afstemmen met externe leveranciers. Je hoeft geen developer te zijn. Wel vinden we het belangrijk dat je technisch genoeg bent om zelf onderzoek te doen, verbanden te leggen en een goede gesprekspartner te zijn voor ontwikkelaars en leveranciers. Wie ben jij?
