Optimum Group™ is op zoek naar een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder zoals jij om ons gedreven team te komen versterken. Als onderdeel van ons IT-team, ben je onmisbaar voor het beheer en continue verbeteren van onze ERP systemen die onze 17 vestigingen in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Denemarken naadloos met elkaar verbinden. Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de kernapplicaties van onze ERP systemen (Business Central, Cerm en C3). Je beheert en verbetert de werking van deze applicaties in nauwe samenwerking met de betreffende business- en proceseigenaren op alle locaties. Hieronder vallen financiële processen, calculatie- en offerteprocessen, orderverwerking, planning, prepress- en productieprocessen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat onze applicaties optimaal aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen en ondersteun je de gebruikers bij het realiseren van maximale waarde uit de systemen. We kijken uit naar een nieuwe collega die fulltime (40u) en zelfstandig werkzaam is waarbij de onderstaande werkzaamheden tot je takenpakket horen: - Beheren en optimaliseren van de ERP-systemen Business Central, Cerm en C3; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor functionele vraagstukken en gebruikerssupport; - Inventariseren van wensen en verbeteringen vanuit de business en deze vertalen naar functionele oplossingen; - Coördineren van wijzigingen, updates en implementaties in samenwerking met externe leveranciers en applicatiespecialisten; - Bewaken van de continuïteit, prestaties en kwaliteit van de applicaties; - Ondersteunen van keyusers en gebruik...
