Adelante biedt ondersteuning aan volwassenen en kinderen die te maken hebben met de gevolgen van een ziekte, aangeboren aandoening of ongeval. Ruim 1.100 professionals verlenen zorg en onderwijs vanuit diverse locaties verspreid over heel Limburg. Cliënten kunnen terecht voor medisch specialistische revalidatie, gehoor-, taal- en spraakproblemen, speciaal onderwijs, medische kindzorg, sport en arbeidsrevalidatie. Adelante richt zich niet op de beperking maar op de mogelijkheden om door te kunnen gaan.

Wat ga je doen? Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder AFAS krijg je de vrijheid om jouw eigen werkdag in te richten en de werking van onze software continu te verbeteren. Je werkt in Hoensbroek aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van AFAS voor HR, inkoop, logistiek en financiën, en beheert daarnaast aanpalende applicaties.

  • Je voert het functioneel beheer uit van AFAS, Ortec, Zenya en Konnect/Portabase.
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen en problemen in de systemen.
  • Je ondersteunt gebruikers en traint hen in het gebruik van de applicaties.
  • Je schrijft heldere werkinstructies en houdt deze bij.
  • Je voert test- en acceptatiesessies uit voor software-aanpassingen.
  • Je regelt het autorisatiebeheer en implementeert nieuwe of verbeterde softwareversies.
  • Je onderzoekt gebruikerswensen en vertaalt deze naar praktische ICT-oplossingen middels verbetervoorstellen.

Je gaat werken binnen de afdeling I&A in Hoensbroek. Samen met twee collega's vorm je het AFAS-beheerteam. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de manager I&A en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van servicedesk, systeembeheer Infra en overige functioneel beheerders.

In ons team staat de zorg voor de cliënt centraal. Je komt terecht in een prettige werkomgeving waar collega's echt naar jouw ideeën luisteren en waar ruimte is voor eigen initiatief.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau waarbij je creatief en vernieuwend te werk gaat.
  • Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met het functioneel beheer van AFAS.
  • Je hebt kennis van IT-processen en methodieken zoals Prince2, ITIL of ISM is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur uitgebreide kennis van en ervaring met Microsoft Excel.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt makkelijk schakelen met collega's op alle niveaus.
  • Je hebt een zelfstandige, stressbestendige instelling met analytisch inzicht en een servicegerichte houding.
