Zorg jij ervoor dat processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom vlekkeloos verlopen? Heb je ervaring in het functioneel beheer vak? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Over de functie In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen HR, IT en de operatie. Je beheert niet alleen een systeem; je optimaliseert de manier waarop wij samenwerken. Je krijgt de vrijheid om AFAS (Profit en InSite) zo in te richten dat processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom vlekkeloos verlopen. Jouw focus ligt op: - Proactief optimaliseren: Je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar slimme oplossingen in workflows en InSite. Je denkt mee over de roadmap: waar kunnen we morgen beter zijn dan vandaag? - Data met impact: Je bouwt analyses en rapportages die ons echt verder helpen. Geen cijfers om de cijfers, maar relevante sturingsinformatie. - Betrouwbaar beheer: Je bewaakt de autorisatiematrix en zorgt voor een waterdichte security & compliance. - Projecten: Of het nu gaat om een release-update, een nieuwe koppeling met andere applicaties of de harmonisatie van het functiehuis; jij houdt de regie op de impactanalyses en testplannen. - Ondersteuning: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor complexe 2e en 3e lijns vragen en zorgt dat documentatie en handleidingen voor iedereen begrijpelijk zijn. Wat vragen wij van jou Je bent een analytische puzzelaar en je snapt dat achter elke workflow een collega of een klant zit. Je praat net zo makkelijk met een IT-specialist over architecturen als met een HR-collega over het verzuimproces. - Ervaring: Je hebt kennis van AFAS en begrijpt hoe HR-processen in de praktijk werken.
