Als functioneel applicatiebeheerder Youforce bij De Bedrijfsvoeringspartner zorg jij dat medewerkers elke dag kunnen vertrouwen op een goed werkende HR-applicatie. Jij bent dé specialist die problemen oplost, kansen voor verbetering ziet en ervoor zorgt dat Youforce optimaal wordt gebruikt.

Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt actief mee over vernieuwingen en bent de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers, management en leveranciers. Met jouw kennis maak je het werk van anderen een stuk makkelijker.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je beheert Youforce en zorgt dat de applicatie veilig, betrouwbaar en goed blijft werken. • Je richt de productie- en testomgeving in en test nieuwe onderdelen voordat ze in gebruik worden genomen. • Je beheert koppelingen tussen systemen en zorgt dat gebruikers de juiste toegangsrechten hebben. • Je helpt gebruikers bij vragen en problemen en geeft duidelijke uitleg over de applicatie. • Je adviseert het management over verbeteringen, nieuwe mogelijkheden en het gebruik van applicaties. • Je maakt rapportages en geeft inzicht in kansen om systemen slimmer en beter te gebruiken. • Je werkt mee aan projecten voor nieuwe systemen en zorgt dat de documentatie actueel blijft.

Je werkt 36 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je kunt deze uren eventueel over 4 dagen verdelen. De opdracht kan ook door 2 professionals worden ingevuld. Je start op 2 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 31 januari 2027, met kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een ervaren functioneel applicatiebeheerder die graag het verschil maakt. Je ziet snel waar problemen ontstaan en weet hoe je deze oplost. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt overzicht en legt technische zaken op een begrijpelijke manier uit. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je niet alleen hoe Youforce werkt, maar ook hoe je de applicatie steeds beter maakt.
