Functieomschrijving Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder beheer en bewaak jij de kwaliteit van applicaties binnen de aandachtsgebieden CRM, HRM en ITSM. Je werkt nauw samen met Systeembeheer, Operations en externe leveranciers, en fungeert als coördinatiepunt bij technische vraagstukken. - Je fungeert als coördinatiepunt bij technische problemen en lost daarbij storingen op - Je beoordeelt, analyseert en prioriteert wijzigingsverzoeken en gebruikerswensen - Je implementeert nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen de applicaties waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent - Je voert updates uit op de Windows-servers binnen het applicatielandschap - Je treedt op als contactpersoon voor leveranciers en stemt issues af - Je zet rapporten, menu's en gebruikersrechten op en wijst deze toe - Je beheert licenties van applicaties zoals Adobe, Atlassian, JetBrains en Figma - Je beheert en optimaliseert AFAS-omgevingen voor CRM en HRM Dit bieden wij jou Bij PharmaPartners zal je beloond worden met: - 26 vakantiedagen plus vakantiegeld, met de mogelijkheid tot 5 extra vakantiedagen - Diverse talentenprogramma's gericht op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei - Reiskostenvergoeding en thuiswerkvergoeding - Hybride werken, met minimaal twee kantoordagen per week - Sporten onder werktijd, op dinsdag en donderdag samen met collega'...
