De afdeling Digitale Zorg speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Wij zorgen ervoor dat medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op goed werkende digitale hulpmiddelen die hen ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werk. Als functioneel applicatiebeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de inrichting en het verbeteren van verschillende applicaties, waaronder zorgapplicaties. Je begint de dag met een kop koffie en een controle van de belangrijkste applicaties. Zijn er meldingen binnengekomen? Zijn er verstoringen of vragen van collega's? Jij zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties goed blijven werken. Gedurende de dag analyseer je meldingen, voer je wijzigingen door en denk je mee over verbeteringen. Je hebt contact met gebruikers, collega's en leveranciers om problemen op te lossen en risico's op tijd te signaleren. De ene keer los je een storing op, de andere keer werk je aan een nieuwe inrichting of een project. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling tussen techniek, processen en contact met mensen maakt jouw werk interessant. Wij zoeken jou Je bent een klantgerichte functioneel applicatiebeheerder die graag de verbinding zoekt tussen gebruikers, processen en techniek. Je denkt in oplossingen, kunt goed zelfstandig werken en zoekt ook graag de samenwerking op. Daarnaast neem je het volgende mee: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring met functioneel applicatiebeheer of een vergelijkbare functie; - Interesse in zorg ICT, digitalisering en het verbeteren...
