Over de functie Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ERP ben je het eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij vragen, incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken rondom onze ERP- en aanverwante systemen. Je schakelt met het jouw ICT collega's en onze interne stakeholders om tot een passende oplossing te komen. Je specificeert, test zelf nieuwe of gewijzigde functionaliteiten en begeleidt gebruikers bij het testen en in gebruik nemen ervan. Je schrijft werkinstructies (of past ze aan) aan en zorgt dat key users en eindgebruikers goed geïnformeerd zijn. Een deel van je functie is je bijdrage aan ons toekomstige ERP. Je werkt mee aan het testen en de livegang van functionaliteit, interfaces, dataconversies, gebruikersdocumentatie en andere projecttaken. Je maakt je hierbij onze processen en werkwijzen snel eigen. Wat vragen wij van jou Welke kwaliteiten bezit jij? - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als functioneel applicatiebeheerder voor een ERP-systeem; - Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau (bijvoorbeeld HBO ICT, Business IT & Management of vergelijkbaar); - Je hebt functionele kennis van ERP-oplossingen (bij voorkeur Navision/Business Central); - Je bent praktisch, pragmatisch en toegankelijk. Je communiceert in duidelijke, begrijpelijke gebruikerstaal; - Kennis van SQL, scripting en datamodellen binnen ERP-systemen is een belangrijke pré; - Affiniteit met de zorgsector is een pré.
