Solliciteren Over de functie Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder HR & Payroll ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren en verder ontwikkelen van de HR- en Payrollapplicaties binnen de Benelux. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen HR, Payroll, gebruikers, leveranciers en het internationale IT-team in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. In deze zelfstandige functie krijg je veel ruimte om systemen zelf in te richten, processen te verbeteren en oplossingen te realiseren die daadwerkelijk impact hebben op de organisatie. Je bent de inhoudelijke specialist op het gebied van HR-applicaties in Nederland en weet als geen ander hoe je gebruikersbehoeften vertaalt naar praktische en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie is de verdere ontwikkeling van het applicatielandschap. De organisatie heeft de implementatie van een HRIS op de planning staan. Vanuit jouw rol ben je nauw betrokken bij dit traject en denk je mee over de inrichting, implementatie, testing en verdere uitrol van het systeem. Je komt terecht binnen het HR-team, maar werkt voor je dagelijkse werkzaamheden nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en collega's in binnen- en buitenland.
