Binnen SAP Operations ondersteunen we processen die cruciaal zijn voor winkels, logistiek, verkoop, voorraad, finance en de samenwerking met leveranciers en ketenpartners. - In deze rol kijk je verder dan één applicatie, één proces of één incident. Jij helpt ons om SAP-processen slimmer, stabieler en toekomstbestendiger in te richten. Niet door beheer groter te maken, maar juist door structureel te verbeteren, standaardisatie te stimuleren en beheerlast waar mogelijk te verkleinen. - Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de komende jaren veel verandert. Grote projecten en vernieuwingen vragen om iemand die SAP begrijpt, de businesscontext doorziet en strategische keuzes kan vertalen naar concrete procesinrichting, werkbare oplossingen en duidelijke beheerafspraken. - Een rol met impact: jij verbindt business, IT en SAP-processen en helpt NS Stations om beheer slimmer, eenvoudiger en toekomstbestendiger te organiseren. Dit ga je doen als Service Expert SAP Operations Als Service Expert SAP Operations sla je de brug tussen businessprocessen, SAP-oplossingen, beheer en toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
