Als informatie- en functioneel beheerder ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen je collega's en de mogelijkheden Centric Suite voor het Sociaal Domein en Allegro bieden. Je werkt samen met procesbegeleiders, consulenten en beleidsmedewerkers om zo uitvoering en verbeterslagen goed aan te laten sluiten op de applicaties en gebruikers. Je vormt de brug tussen het sociale domein en de ondersteunende systemen. Je vertaalt werk processen in functionele ontwerpen in de applicaties en zorgt voor een goede implementatie ervan. Je werkt aan incidenten, wijzigingen en projecten, in nauwe samenwerking met procesbegeleiders en kwaliteitsmanagers in het sociale domein en je directe I&A collega's. Verder ondersteun je de andere applicatiebeheerders binnen het sociaal domein bij hun taken zodat jullie een goed team vormen. Je zorgt voor een goede werking van de applicatie binnen de gehele keten, de aansluiting met het data distributiemagazijn, Xential document creatie en het op orde houden van de relatie tussen de documenten en de processen. Je hebt binnen deze functie meerdere taken: - Voor Suite voor Sociaal Domein en Allegro (Schuldhulpverlening) ben jij het aanspreekpunt. - Voor jouw applicatie maak je functionele ontwerpen ism processbegeleiders en implementeert deze ontwerpen in de applicaties. Je bent in staat om hier over mee te denken en te vertalen naar de applicatie en de algehele functionele inrichting binnen de applicatie - Je ontwikkelt gebruikershandleidingen, werkinstructies en procedures. - Je fungeert als brug tussen de gebruikers, ICT-collega's en leveranciers van de pakketten. - Je inventariseert behoeften en wensen vanuit de organisatie en draagt bij aan de realisatie van verbeteringen en uitbreidingen. - ...
