Ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT en zorg jij ervoor dat applicaties optimaal aansluiten op operationele processen en de werkzaamheden van onze planners ondersteunen? Als functioneel applicatiebeheerder binnen het Ship Management Department (SMD) draag je bij aan een stabiele, toekomstbestendige applicatieomgeving die onze planners en andere gebruikers wereldwijd ondersteunt. Samen met je collega-functioneel applicatiebeheerders vorm je de schakel tussen de business, eindgebruikers en IT. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de applicatie de bedrijfsprocessen optimaal ondersteunt en draagt actief bij aan de verdere verbetering ervan. - Fungeren als schakel tussen gebruikers en IT om de applicatie optimaal te laten aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen; - Bieden van functionele support bij (complexe) meldingen van planners en andere gebruikers; - Ondersteunen bij het testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en het up-to-date houden van relevante documentatie voor zowel business- als technische teams; - Escaleren van issues waar nodig en samenwerken met leveranciers en technische teams; - Actief communiceren met stakeholders over wijzigingen, updates en incidenten. Met jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat planners en andere eindgebruikers efficiënt kunnen werken, zonder onnodige complexiteit, en dat de samenwerking tussen business en IT soepel verloopt. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Ship Management Department, dat opereert in een internationale omgeving met stakeholders over de hele wereld.
