Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor het organiseren en structureren van de werkzaamheden binnen de gegeven kaders en werkt goed samen in teamverband. Het gaat om het beheer van, ondersteuning bij en doorontwikkeling van de applicaties die gebouwd zijn. Samen met collega-functioneel beheerders zorg je ervoor dat de projecten alle relevante zaken opleveren die nodig zijn om de ICT te kunnen beheren. Je brengt structuur in een dynamische omgeving: je plant vooruit, stelt prioriteiten en houdt overzicht, ook als het druk is. Je communiceert helder en navigeert met tact door de organisatie, zodat collega's en projectteams weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Achtergrond opdracht De Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en doorontwikkelen van omgevingen; dit is een continu proces. Er is veel afstemming nodig met de lijnafdelingen, met de technisch applicatiebeheerders en met de externe ontwikkelaar van het pakket. Je beschrijft aanpassingen aan formulieren in (functionele) ontwerpen, test de aanpassingen en begeleidt de inproductiename ervan. Eenvoudige aanpassingen voer je zelf uit.
