Voor deze positie zoeken wij een ervaren functioneel beheerder met minstens 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol. Uitgebreide ervaring met Eduarte is een sterke pré. Maar brede kennis van een vergelijkbaar SIS of ERP-systeem in de mbo-sector volstaat eveneens. Je bent een zelfstandige professional die soepel communiceert op verschillende niveaus. Die zelfverzekerd schakelt tussen de eindgebruikers, IT-collega's en externe leveranciers. Je hebt een klant- en servicegerichte instelling bij incidentafhandeling. Daarnaast heb je bewezen ervaring met autorisatiebeheer, procesanalyses en het uitvoeren van acceptatietesten. Je werkt pragmatisch, bent snel ingewerkt en per direct of uiterlijk binnen één maand beschikbaar. - Ervaring met functioneel beheer van een onderwijsapplicatie - Sterk in gebruikersondersteuning en incidentafhandeling. - Communicatief vaardig en servicegericht. - Zelfstandig, pragmatisch en snel inzetbaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder. - Beschikbaar binnen 1 maand. wat ga je doen Als Functioneel Beheerder Eduarte zorg jij ervoor dat de onderwijssystemen en processen optimaal draaien. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor vragen en incidenten rondom Eduarte. Ook help je collega's snel en effectief weer op weg.
