Binnen de directie IV, afdeling Bouwen, Testen & Functioneel Beheer , is het Kennisteam Functioneel Beheer verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van diverse applicaties en digitale omgevingen. Over de opdracht Voor het Kennisteam Functioneel Beheer zoekt RVO een Functioneel Beheerder die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het organiseren en structureren van werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde kaders. Je houdt je bezig met het beheer, de ondersteuning en de doorontwikkeling van applicaties. Samen met collega-functioneel beheerders zorg je ervoor dat projecten alle relevante zaken opleveren die nodig zijn om de ICT-omgeving goed te kunnen beheren. Je brengt structuur in een dynamische omgeving, plant vooruit, stelt prioriteiten en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer de werkdruk hoog is. Daarbij communiceer je helder en weet je tactvol door de organisatie te navigeren, zodat collega's en projectteams weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Er is veel afstemming met lijnafdelingen, technisch applicatiebeheerders en een externe ontwikkelaar van het pakket. Je vertaalt wijzigingen en wensen naar functionele ontwerpen, test de aanpassingen en begeleidt de ingebruikname in productie. Eenvoudige aanpassingen voer je waar mogelijk zelfstandig uit.
