Wat ga je bij ons doen als Functioneel Beheerder? Als Functioneel Beheerder AFAS bij Merces ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van AFAS-omgevingen bij onze klanten in het onderwijs. Je werkt als verlengstuk van het interne beheerteam en zorgt ervoor dat systemen niet alleen blijven draaien, maar ook blijven verbeteren. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - verantwoordelijk bent voor beheer en onderhoud van de AFAS-inrichting; - autorisatiestructuren beheert en optimaliseert; - HR-processen vertaalt naar een goed werkende systeeminrichting; - updates test, de impact analyseert en deze doorvoert; - proactief verbeteringen signaleert op basis van gebruik en feedback; - schakelt met key-users, HR en andere stakeholders.
