Functioneel beheer 8 - 36 uur per week 3.200 - 4.000 Den Haag HBO Over het werk Als Functioneel Beheerder zorg jij ervoor dat HappyOne optimaal aansluit op onze organisatie en gebruikers. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vestigingen, klanten en flexwerkers en ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen, incidenten en verbeteringen - Je registreert, analyseert en prioriteert incidenten en wijzigingen volgens ITIL en zorgt voor een snelle en zorgvuldige afhandeling - Je beheert de functionele inrichting van HappyOne, inclusief configuratie, gebruikersrollen en autorisaties - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van functionele gegevens en ondersteunt bij het analyseren en opschonen van data waar nodig - Je inventariseert wensen vanuit de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar functionele requirements. Samen met de Product Owner werk je deze uit naar user stories en acceptatiecriteria - Je begeleidt functionele testen en zorgt voor een goede voorbereiding en gecontroleerde ingebruikname van releases. De Product Owner bepaalt hierbij de prioriteiten en de inhoud van de release - Je onderhoudt documentatie, werkinstructies en ondersteunt gebruikers bij nieuwe functionaliteiten - Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en zet deze om in concrete oplossingen Over het bedrijf HappyNurse is een landelijke organisatie gespecialiseerd in de flexibele inzet van zorgprofessionals. Dagelijks werken meer dan 1.000 zorgprofessionals via ons bij zorginstellingen door heel Nederland. Onze visie is eenvoudig en krachtig: "Happy Nurse, Happy Patiënt.
