Functioneel Beheerder Functie Als Functioneel Beheerder draag je bij aan het operationeel houden van applicaties. Je handelt snel bij storingen en denkt mee over het voorkomen daarvan. Je werkt in teamverband aan incident-, wijzigings-, probleem- en gebruiks- en functionaliteitenbeheer. Daarnaast stel je documentatie op (bijv. werkinstructies) en werk je nauw samen met andere beheerders en beheerders van servicemanagement. Kennis van en ervaring met functioneel beheer van SharePoint en MS-Teams is vereist. Kennis en ervaring - Opleiding: HBO werk- en denkniveau, afgeronde Business IT & Management gerelateerde opleiding - Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder in teamverband - Talen: Spreken, lezen en schrijven in Nederlands en Engels - Methodieken: Ervaring met BiSL- en ITIL-methodiek - Platformen: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder met SharePoint en MS-Teams - Pré's: Ervaring met testmethodieken (bijv. TMAP), requirements engineering (bijv. IREB) en kennis/ervaring met TOPdesk Competenties en vaardigheden - Proactief en dienstverlenend ingesteld - Aantoonbare analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden - Gericht op samenwerking Eisen - Kandidaat beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Functioneel Beheerder. - Kandidaat heeft minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als Functioneel Beheerder van SharePoint en MS-Teams.
