Samen met je collega's van team Functioneel Beheer (FB) beheer en ontwikkel je onze diensten. Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van wensen van zorgaanbieders, zorgverzekeraars, softwareleveranciers en andere partijen naar oplossingen. Je vormt de schakel tussen ontwikkeling en beheer en vindt een balans tussen snelheid en kwaliteit. Daarbij vertegenwoordig je altijd de klant en stel je de belangrijke vragen, zoals: "Hebben we hier wel goed over nagedacht?" of "Wat betekent dit voor de klant? " In het kort: - Je ondersteunt de zorgketen en zorgt dat incidenten en vragen op de juiste plek terechtkomen. - Je beheert bestaande diensten. - Je onderzoekt verstoringen en denkt mee over de oplossing. - Je verbetert processen, intern en extern. - Je houdt regie op de processen. - Je communiceert over de planning en uitgerolde functionaliteiten. - Je bent de vraagbaak voor ketenpartijen. Voor een paar van onze diensten zijn de openingstijden ruimer. Daarom ben je flexibel inzetbaar tussen 8:00 en 18:00 uur. Hiervoor worden afspraken gemaakt met collega's en krijg je compensatie je via onze stand-by regeling. Ook ondersteun je eens per 1-2 maanden de uitrol na kantoortijden.
