Vereisten - Bekendheid met BiSL- en ITIL-praktijken. - Kennis van en ervaring met functioneel beheer van SharePoint en MS Teams (vereiste). - Ervaring met operationele taken rondom incident-, wijzigings- en probleembeheer. - Vaardigheid in het opstellen van heldere documentatie en werkinstructies. Samenwerking en werkomgeving - Je werkt in een team met zeven directe collega's. - Het team wordt operationeel aangestuurd door een Servicemanager. - Nauw samenwerken met Service Level Managers en Business Informatiemanagers is onderdeel van de functie. Eisen - Minimaal 5 jaren ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder in teamverband - Spreken, lezen en schrijven in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Ervaring met de BiSL- en ITIL-methodiek - Minimaal 3 jaren ervaring als Functioneel Beheerder met SharePoint en MS-Teams Wensen - Ervaring met testmethodieken (bij voorkeur TMAP) - Ervaring met requirements engineering (bij voorkeur IREB) - Kennis van en ervaring met TOPdesk is een pré - Mate waarin de kandidaat kennis heeft van BiSL en ITIL - Mate waarin de kandidaat ervaring heeft met testmethodieken en requirements engineering - Mate waarin kandidaat ervaring heeft met TOPdesk - Mate waarin kandidaat beschikt over de...
