Onze doelstellingen zijn het bieden van kwalitatief goed onderwijs voor alle leerlingen, betrokken en vitale medewerkers en een gezonde en sterke organisatie. KES ondersteunt deze ontwikkeling door samenhangende processen te organiseren en te zorgen voor tevreden scholen, medewerkers en bestuurders. Als Functioneel Beheerder draag jij bij aan deze ontwikkeling door te zorgen dat de onderwijs logistieke systemen - met Magister als kern - betrouwbaar, veilig en passend bij de onderwijspraktijk functioneren. Jij houdt regie op de informatieketen, ondersteunt scholen en key users, en zorgt dat processen en systemen optimaal aansluiten op de dagelijkse realiteit van het onderwijs. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, voert regie op leveranciers en zorgt dat wijzigingen zorgvuldig worden voorbereid en geïmplementeerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de collega Functioneel Beheerders, Technisch Beheer, Informatiemanagement en de IBP adviseur. Met jouw expertise en verbindende kracht zorg je ervoor dat onderwijsprofessionals optimaal worden ondersteund. Je draagt bij aan een professionele, lerende en toekomstgerichte ICT organisatie binnen ZAAM. Je durft verbeteringen bespreekbaar te maken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid waar het nodig is. Wat breng jij mee? Jij bent een echte professional die graag het verschil maakt. Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding en aantoonbaar HBO+ werk- en denkniveau, met ervaring met functioneel beheer, bij voorkeur binnen het onderwijs. Verder heb je of ben je bereid dit snel te leren: - Kennis van Magister (inrichting, autorisaties, koppelingen). - Inzicht in onderwijslogistiek: roosteren, PTA/PTO, LVS, to...
